Mr. Stelzner's practice is concentrated primarily in the areas of litigation and mediation. He holds an AV rating from Martindale Hubble and has been recognized by Best Lawyers In America and in Southwest Super Lawyers. Since joining the firm in 1985, Mr. Stelzner has litigated in a wide variety of subject matter areas, including personal injury litigation, mass tort and complex commercial cases, class actions, employment law, insurance coverage and bad faith, water rights litigation, antitrust, products liability, and redistricting. He has conducted more than 2,000 mediations, including contract and other commercial disputes, employment claims, products liability claims, insurance coverage and bad faith, medical and legal malpractice, natural resources, oil and gas, real estate, and personal injury and wrongful death cases.
